This research is primarily focusing on the competitiveness and resilience among women entrepreneurs how it influences the performance of the business.Basically, this study highlights on any challenges appear and how far the resilience influence women entrepreneurs in the business. A qualitative research is used by the researchers. Researchers had conducted in interview for seven (7) women entrepreneur in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Also, this study may identify which factor will contribute most on business performance.This study could trigger and motivate women entrepreneur to boost up their performances in handling their business in the future.
