Abstract

Geological mapping was conducted at Kampung Chegar Bedil to observe the lithology and geomorphology of the study area. Then, an updated geological map will be produced with the own characteristic and behavior by using GIS application by exporting the data collected during mapping session. Limestone karst is a unique landscapes with the attractive features and have their own type. Satellite imagery is used within this research to see the boundary of the karst. Field observation will helped for further interpretation of the process and characteristics that own by the karst. Geomorphology one of the way to know the behavior of the karst. Both of the morphology inside and outside of the karst are observed and some features were identified. Then, the process that formed the features was explained.
