Abstract

Satisfaction of firm's customer has been recognized as the dominant factor in a business organization's success which same goes to the fast food restaurant. The business must know to attract customer loyalty fast food restaurant. Many factors that influence in develop customer loyalty. In this research, the researcher describes the relationship between customer loyalty with five dimensions which are food quality, service quality, price sensitivity, restaurant environment and hygiene level. The objective of this research is to customer loyalty towards fast food restaurant using five dimensions. In this research,the researcher uses the data collection from customer in fast food organizations by distribute the questionnaire to them. The data was examining using correlation to get the result. The findings show that the relationship between the five dimensions and overall customer satisfactions are significant.
