This paper is respond to the research about the factors that affects the loyalty of cuctomers toward golf club. Golf are become a new trend in the world nowadays. People are intending to find a relaxation activity to release their stressful mind after busy work. The main purpose of this study was to investigate how far the factors of facilities and service quality, values perceive, and customer satisfaction influence the customer loyalty towards a golf club. The sample sizes of 50 respondents from the Port Klang Golf Resort are participating in this study. The results from a survey conducted provide the strongest factors that influence the customers's loyalty the most towards a golf club.
